About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Guides and manages HR services for the entire organization
Independently executes HR operations while partnering with CEO on people strategy
Oversees recruiting and staffing, HR operations, and Paylocity administration
Maintains accurate Team Member records and compliance documentation
Develops and maintains HR reporting dashboards to support leadership decision-making
Leads full-cycle recruiting and administers pre-employment assessment testing
Serves as primary contact for Team Member concerns and conflict resolution
Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
5–10+ years of progressive HR generalist or HR manager experience, preferably in a technology or professional services environment
Experience as a sole-practitioner HR professional preferred
HR certification (PHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP) preferred
Demonstrated expertise with Paylocity, including payroll, benefits, recruiting, performance, and reporting
Strong oral and written communication skills
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
High level of confidentiality and professionalism
