About the role
- Independently manage a kitchen responsible for supplying a senior care facility
- Manage processes and ensure compliance with our quality standards
- Operational and financial responsibility, ensuring adherence to budget targets
- Prepare commercial/financial analyses for area management
- Staff selection, hiring and personnel management
- Implement the defined service specifications
- Serve as the primary point of contact for the client
Requirements
- Completed training as a cook/chef
- Further qualifications such as Küchenmeister (master chef/kitchen manager), Hotelbetriebswirt (hotel business administrator) or similar are desirable
- Several years of professional experience in a similar position
- Strong service and customer orientation
- Professional and reliable demeanor
- Leadership skills and strong communication abilities
- Good knowledge of common Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams)
