About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Focus on company standards regarding merchandising, highlighting quality, freshness and uniqueness of products
- Use passion and knowledge to educate team members and customers on product offerings
- Proactively approach customers, answer questions, help locate items and offer suggestions to complete their meals
- Ensure knowledgeable and passionate people educate customers and provide fresh pizza, calzones, and other restaurant-quality products
- Gain understanding of company values, business measures, standards, and operations
- Collaborate with and lead team members in the Pizza department
Requirements
What you’ll need- Must be 18 years or older
- Availability for morning, afternoon, and evening shifts, including weekends
- 1 or more years of work experience or a college degree
- Computer skills
- Experience leading a team preferred
- Enthusiasm for and knowledge of relevant products preferred
- Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new situations and subject matters preferred
