About the role
- Help shape a modern content marketing strategy and see your work drive real impact on pipeline and new customer acquisition through content people actually use, share, and act on.
- Produce LinkedIn-ready content and collateral (e.g., cheat sheets, one-pagers, carousels, templates, and short thought-leadership posts).
- Own the end-to-end creation process: outline → draft copy → design/layout → revisions → final handoff/scheduling.
- Run key newsletters (community newsletter, product newsletter, and other company newsletters as needed): planning, writing, formatting, QA, and publishing.
- Maintain and execute against our editorial calendar across LinkedIn, newsletter, and community channels.
- Support additional marketing projects as they arise.
Requirements
- Strong eye for design and meticulous attention to detail.
- Currently enrolled at a German university and eligible to work as a working student 15–20 hours/week (ideally for at least one year).
- Excellent writing skills: clear, structured, and audience-aware.
- Comfortable designing in Canva and open to using other design tools as needed.
- Highly organized and reliable: able to manage multiple assets, keep stakeholders aligned, and meet deadlines.
