About the role

  • Process orders, handle customer queries, and manage returns.
  • Compile reports to assist Customer Supply Planners with shortages, aged stock, forecasts, and performance.
  • Manage certification documents accurately and timely.
  • Lead and contribute to improvement projects aligned with business goals.
  • Escalate issues affecting customer service, such as quality holds and production challenges.

Requirements

  • Microsoft Office programs – i.e Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Dynamics 365
  • Customer relationship management
  • Previous administration responsibilities are desired but not essential
  • Customer-facing experience desired but not essential
