Requirements
What you’ll need- Managed SMB or mid-market customers in a B2B SaaS environment
- Excellent relationship building and problem-solving skills
- A strategic thinker with a genuine passion for helping customers succeed
- Strong communicator and confident in running workshops and executive conversations
- Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and champion customer needs across the business
