About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Build, hire, lead, and mentor a high-performing team of SDRs
  • Develop and execute innovative strategies for outbound lead generation
  • Set clear goals and KPIs for the team with regular performance reporting
  • Monitor and optimize all outbound activities and processes
  • Collaborate closely with Sales and Marketing teams
  • Conduct regular training sessions and workshops to enhance team skills

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS
  • Minimum of 2 years in an SDR Manager role (or similar)
  • Demonstrable experience managing SDRs focused on the US market
  • Must be willing to work US Central shift hours from our Bangalore office
  • Verifiable track record of exceptional outbound sales development results
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and mentoring skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Analytical and data-driven mindset
  • Experience working with CRM (bonus points for HubSpot or Salesforce)
  • Bonus points for experience working on ABM platform or Intent platforms (like Demand Base, 6Sense, etc.)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a relevant field
