About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Build, hire, lead, and mentor a high-performing team of SDRs
- Develop and execute innovative strategies for outbound lead generation
- Set clear goals and KPIs for the team
- Monitor and optimize all outbound activities and processes
- Collaborate closely with the Sales and Marketing teams
- Conduct regular training sessions and workshops to enhance the SDR team's skills
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS
- Minimum of 2 years in an SDR Manager role (or similar)
- Demonstrable experience managing SDRs focused on the US market
- Must be willing to work US Central shift hours from Bangalore office
- Verifiable track record of bringing exceptional outbound sales development results
- Strong leadership, coaching, and mentoring skills
