About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own the social content engine end to end, defining voice, formats, channel mix, and cadence for a US B2C audience.
  • Source, sign, and run creator and influencer partnerships, turning the community into a distribution engine.
  • Lead content for every product launch, crafting narratives, assets, and enablement material.
  • Own the words inside and around the product, including onboarding, in-app copy, feature pages, and landing pages.
  • Partner with growth on paid creative, including hooks, angles, scripts, and content for performance marketing.
  • Collaborate with the design team to ship visually excellent content.
  • Measure and iterate content performance, tying it to real outcomes like reach, signups, and activation.
  • Build and amplify the founders' personal brands through thought leadership and social presence.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Deep fluency in the US B2C social and creator ecosystem, understanding what performs online.
  • Built a content/brand function from 0→1 and scaled it 1→10, ideally at a B2C, PLG, or prosumer product.
  • Strong individual contributor, hands-on in writing, making, and shipping content.
  • Track record across social strategy, creator/influencer partnerships, product launches, and product copy.
  • AI-first mindset, using AI tools as a default co-pilot.
  • Bonus: Experience activating founder/executive brands.
  • Bonus: Experience at an AI-native or fast-scaling startup.
