Must Have comprehensive Experience on End‑to‑end HCM process understanding encompassing the complete Hire to Retire lifecycle, demonstrating the ability to manage and optimize every stage effectively.
Must Have hands-on Experience on core modules such as Payroll, Time & Attendance, Benefits, and Absence management with a solid working knowledge that enables accurate processing and compliance adherence.
Should have practical Experience on Talent modules, including recruitment, performance management, and development, showing strong awareness and the ability to support talent-related initiatives within the organization.
Must Have Experience on any recognized HCM / ERP system such as SuccessFactors (SF), Oracle, PeopleSoft, or equivalent platforms, showcasing the capability to navigate, implement, and troubleshoot enterprise-level human capital management solutions.
