About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Design, develop, configure, and tailor Click Software solutions, including ClickSchedule, ClickMobile, ClickOptimize, and Click Field Service Edge.
Convert business and functional requirements into detailed technical specifications and system configurations.
Create and maintain Click rules, scripts, and system enhancements.
Develop and support integrations between Click Software and enterprise systems such as ERP, CRM, and billing platforms.
Assess scheduling, dispatch, and workforce optimization needs and recommend appropriate technical solutions.
Conduct testing, troubleshooting, and optimize performance within Click environments.
Assist with system upgrades, patch deployments, and the rollout of new features.
Work closely with project managers, functional analysts, and operations teams throughout implementation phases.
Provide production support by addressing incidents, defects, and enhancement requests.
Prepare and update technical documentation and support materials.

Requirements

What you’ll need

3 to 7+ years of experience with Click Software or Click Field Service solutions.
Practical experience using ClickSchedule, ClickMobile, and ClickOptimize.
In-depth understanding of Click configuration frameworks, rules, and scripting.
Knowledge of field service management principles, including scheduling, dispatch, and workforce planning.
Experience developing integrations through APIs and web services.
Proficiency in at least one programming or scripting language such as Java, JavaScript, XML, or Groovy.
Experience working with relational databases like Oracle or SQL Server.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting abilities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
