Key responsibilities & impact

Architect, build, and scale a next-generation AI-powered consumer platform
Take ownership of the end-to-end AI and backend ecosystem
Drive system design, performance, and scalability
Lead a cross-functional engineering team
Design and implement scalable, low-latency, and fault-tolerant architectures
Build robust integrations across web, mobile, and AI-driven services
Architect and enhance AI agent systems
Improve retrieval pipelines, RAG systems, and prompt engineering frameworks
Develop personalization systems and persistent memory for enhanced user experiences
Enhance conversational intelligence for natural interactions
Build and optimize live AI-powered voice and video interaction systems
Develop and manage backend systems for user data and analytics
Lead and mentor engineers across AI, backend, and DevOps
Continuously evaluate and integrate advancements in LLMs and multimodal AI

Requirements

What you’ll need

5–10+ years in backend engineering, distributed systems, or AI/ML platforms
Strong expertise in Python, system design, APIs, and databases
Hands-on experience with LLMs, RAG systems, vector databases, and agent frameworks
Strong understanding of prompt engineering, personalization, and memory systems
Proven ability to design scalable, fault-tolerant, real-time systems
Experience building and deploying high-performance production systems
Demonstrated experience building products at scale
Comfortable working in fast-paced, ambiguous startup environments
Strong ownership mindset with focus on quality, performance, and user experience
Nice to Have: Experience in EdTech, conversational AI, or voice/video AI systems
Nice to Have: Exposure to real-time streaming architectures or multimodal AI systems
