About the role
- Support end-to-end recruitment processes across multiple roles and client organizations
- Source high-quality candidates using platforms such as LinkedIn, job portals, and other sourcing channels
- Screen resumes and evaluate candidates based on role requirements and fitment criteria
- Initiate candidate outreach, communicate role details, and maintain engagement throughout the hiring process
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams, ensuring a smooth and timely experience
- Maintain accurate candidate trackers, databases, and hiring dashboards to monitor progress and pipeline health
- Follow up with candidates and stakeholders to ensure timely updates and closures
- Collaborate with internal team members to understand hiring priorities and execution strategies
- Contribute to improving sourcing techniques and recruitment workflows for better efficiency and outcomes
Requirements
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with candidates
- Highly process-oriented with a disciplined approach to managing tasks and workflows
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple roles or hiring pipelines simultaneously
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in tracking and documentation
- Proactive mindset with a willingness to take ownership and deliver results in a fast-paced environment
- Interest in recruitment, talent acquisition, or human resources as a career path
- Comfortable working remotely with a high level of accountability and self-management
- Basic understanding of hiring processes or prior internship exposure in recruitment is an added advantage
