About the role
- As a React Developer, you will be responsible for building and maintaining high-performance, user-centric web applications using modern React.js practices.
- You will work closely with designers, backend engineers, and product stakeholders to translate ideas and designs into scalable, responsive, and maintainable front-end solutions, while ensuring excellent user experience and code quality.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience developing applications with React.js
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including modern ES6+ features
- Experience with React state management solutions such as Redux, Context API, or similar
- Solid understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design principles
- Familiarity with modern front-end build tools and workflows (Webpack, Babel, etc.)
- Experience working with RESTful APIs and asynchronous data handling
- Working knowledge of version control systems, particularly Git
- Understanding of cross-browser compatibility and performance optimization techniques
- Familiarity with authentication mechanisms such as JWT
- Exposure to testing frameworks like Jest or React Testing Library is a plus
- Basic knowledge of TypeScript, Next.js, or server-side rendering frameworks is advantageous
- Awareness of CI/CD pipelines and Agile/Scrum development environments
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Clear communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively in a team
