About the role
- Design, build, and manage automated marketing workflows and customer journeys across digital touchpoints.
- Develop and execute targeted communication programs using segmentation, personalization, and dynamic content logic.
- Build responsive and well-structured email campaigns using HTML/CSS, ensuring cross-device compatibility.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, product, and analytics to enhance campaign performance and audience strategy.
- Monitor campaign performance metrics, conduct A/B tests, and implement optimization strategies for continuous improvement.
- Work with marketing data models and advanced logic to improve targeting, audience insights, and lifecycle engagement.
- Maintain campaign documentation, workflows, and quality assurance standards.
Requirements
- 5–8 years of experience in marketing automation and digital campaign operations.
- Hands-on experience with enterprise automation and journey-building tools.
- Strong proficiency with personalization techniques and scripting languages (e.g., AMPScript or similar).
- Capability to build custom email layouts and components using HTML and CSS.
- Solid understanding of segmentation, customer lifecycle management, and performance analytics.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across teams and communicate data-backed recommendations confidently.
