Requirements
Role Overview: We are looking for a highly skilled Tech Lead / Senior Software Engineer to take charge of hands-on coding and code evaluation for our GenAI projects.
Experience: 7–10+ years of developing and delivering large-scale software solutions.
Programming Expertise: Strong proficiency in at least one of Python, Java, C, C++, JavaScript; ability to adapt across multiple languages for validation and refinement tasks.
Code Evaluation Skills: Experience building test suites, defining quality metrics, and assessing correctness, efficiency, and security.
GenAI Exposure (Preferred): Familiarity with large language models (LLMs), code generation, and model fine-tuning/evaluation.
Priority Languages and Tools: Python, Java, C, C++, JavaScript; web visualization platforms, SQL/databases, JSON, HTML, Markdown, and data libraries.
Alternative Profiles: Technical Raters with expertise in JavaScript/JSON, HTML, and Markdown.
