Systems Engineer

• The UX team collaborates with developers, managers, and system engineers to ensure intelligence products remain modern, cutting-edge, and highly usable
• The team researches and documents user workflows, designs intuitive front-end systems, creates mockups, engages with users for feedback, and works closely with multiple development teams to enhance analyst tools
• The team uses tools such as PenPot, Adobe Creative Cloud Suite, and Microsoft Office

System Engineer 2 – Partial Telework

• Analyzes user requirements, concept of operations documents, and high-level system architectures to develop system requirements specifications.
• Leads design and development activities, providing guidance to users in formulating requirements and advising on alternative approaches.
• Conducts feasibility studies and provides technical leadership for the integration of requirements, design, and technology.
• Incorporates new plans, designs, and systems into ongoing operations, and develops technical documentation, including system architecture and design materials.
• Guides system development and implementation planning through the preparation of system engineering management plans and system integration and test plans.
• Interacts with the Government regarding Systems Engineering technical considerations, resolving related issues or conflicts.
• Holds ultimate responsibility for the technical integrity of work performed and deliverables associated with the Systems Engineering area of responsibility.
• Communicates with other program personnel, government overseers, and senior executives.
