About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Identify, evaluate, and improve critical user journeys
Make quantitative and qualitative-informed design decisions
Communicate the rationale and approach for your design work
Collaborate with Product, Data, Research, Engineering, and other teams
Align design decisions with business goals while crafting user experiences
Distill complex problems into discrete components with actionable solutions
Maintain, guide, and push the boundaries of our design system
Prototype and test interactions and user experiences

Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years of professional experience with end-to-end product design
A strong portfolio showcasing examples of human-centered designs, with clear indication of your specific contributions
Ability to lead or work independently on medium-to-large sized projects
Experience designing and conducting usability tests
Experience using analytics to make informed, data-driven decisions
Experience working with design systems
Meaningful experience in B2C eCommerce and/or B2B SaaS is a huge plus
