Key responsibilities & impact- Manage end-to-end selection processes, from defining the candidate profile to hiring
- Conduct competency-based and behavioral interviews
- Post job openings on platforms and attract qualified candidates
- Create content to attract candidates
- Manage talent pools
- Screen resumes and conduct interviews
- Manage up to 6 selection processes simultaneously
- Maintain close communication with the internal team
- Ensure speed and quality in delivering shortlisted candidates
- Administer tests and assessment activities as required by the role
- Create and maintain an up-to-date talent database
- Meet deadlines and productivity metrics
Requirements
What you’ll need- Proven experience in recruitment and selection
- Experience conducting competency-based interviews
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Organized and autonomous in managing own schedule
- Ability to handle a high volume of interviews while maintaining quality
- Familiarity with recruitment tools and online interviewing platforms
- Analytical and detail-oriented profile
- Agility in decision-making
- Excellent time management
- Commitment to deliverables and deadlines
- Proactivity and a sense of ownership
- Interest in growing with a company specialized in recruitment for the healthcare sector
