About the role

Work 1:1 with children ages two to nine diagnosed with autism spectrum disorders
Implement natural environment teaching (NET) and discrete trial training (DTT)
Follow directions from Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs)
Facilitate play and social interaction
Design and conduct daily small-group activities
Provide comprehensive early intensive behavioral intervention based on applied behavior analysis (ABA) principles
Participate in daily contact, ongoing supervision, and support from BCBA and BCaBA supervisors

Requirements

What you’ll need

High school diploma required
Bachelor's Degree preferred
Prior experience working with ASD population is preferred
Prior experience working with children is preferred
Compassionate and empathetic demeanor
Ability to establish rapport with young clients
Ability to work Monday through Thursday, 11:30a–6:30p, with team meetings Wednesdays at 11a
RBT Certification for the higher pay rate is not required for the base role
