Design, develop, test, and deploy custom solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, Aura Components, and Salesforce APIs
Architect scalable solutions that align with best practices
Build and enhance flows with a strong emphasis on performance, modularity, and reusability
Create and maintain integrations with external systems
Customize and optimize Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Data Cloud
Assist with enhancements to website integrations, customer portals, and custom web experiences
Partner closely with Salesforce Admins to evaluate business requirements
Participate in sprint planning, code reviews, and release management cycles
Troubleshoot production issues and investigate performance concerns

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent real-world experience
3–5+ years of Salesforce development experience required
Strong proficiency in: Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Aura, Salesforce Flow advanced design, SOQL/SOSL, custom metadata, custom settings, HTML, CSS, JavaScript
Experience with Service Cloud Voice + AWS Connect preferred
Experience with integration development (REST APIs, Named Credentials, External Services) including Mulesoft
Familiarity with Marketing Cloud, Journey Builder, and MC Connect is a plus
Website development or CMS experience is a significant plus
Salesforce Platform Developer I required; Platform Developer II strongly preferred
Strong analytical mindset
Excellent communication skills
