About the role

  • You will take responsibility for the entire new-client process – from the first touchpoint to contract signing
  • Lead management & initial meetings: qualify incoming leads and perform first needs assessments
  • Conduct initial discovery calls, consultative meetings & pitch intro calls
  • Analyze industries, target audiences & market trends to identify new opportunities
  • Prepare proposal documents (including KPI planning, budgeting & service descriptions)
  • Work closely with strategy, creator & project teams during pitches
  • Structure the handover from pitch to the account team after deal closing
  • Proactively reach out via email, LinkedIn & phone
  • Build and maintain trusting relationships with prospective clients
  • Plan, implement and optimize lead-generation activities
  • Confidently represent the agency at events & panels (optional)
  • Continuously optimize and further develop our sales processes, materials and reporting
  • Data maintenance, tracking & analysis in the CRM (e.g., Pipedrive) and email systems
  • Qualify and prioritize leads for subsequent steps
  • Performance reporting for executive management

Requirements

  • 2–5 years of experience in Sales, New Business or Account Management
  • Strong understanding of social media, marketing and agency services
  • Confident in creating presentations and proposals
  • Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Pipedrive)
  • Strong communication & presentation skills
  • High proficiency in storytelling and needs analysis
  • Basic knowledge of relevant KPIs (CPL, ROI, engagement rate, etc.)
  • High self-motivation & routines for structured working
  • Willingness to learn and receive feedback
  • Professional, empathetic communication
  • Team-oriented and eager for cross-functional collaboration
  • Negotiation skills and a confident presence
  • Goal-oriented, proactive and an ownership mindset
  • Resilience during pitch phases and strong self-management
