About the role

  • You develop and implement rules for the automatic processing of emails in C#
  • You support the automation of contract completions for our customers
  • You optimize and digitize technical processes in customer service, ensuring smooth workflows
  • You continuously advance our automation infrastructure and contribute your own ideas
  • In doing so, you work closely with our customer service team and the IT department to create efficient and practical solutions

Requirements

  • You have basic knowledge of C# or another object-oriented programming language
  • CSS is not unfamiliar to you — you can make basic adjustments yourself
  • You work independently, in a structured way, and keep an overview even with complex tasks
  • You have a good eye for detail and enjoy topics such as automation, pattern recognition, and data filtering
  • Career starters are warmly welcome — curiosity and willingness to learn are what matter
  • Knowledge of Git, Regex, or Selenium is a plus but not required
  • You have very good German language skills, both spoken and written
