Provides support for energy management system within the Energy Management and Market Solutions (EMMS) group
Works as a member of a team to support EMMS infrastructure
Involved in design, implementation, and operational activities
Tasks include planning, evaluating, designing, and testing of systems in networking, server and desktop hardware, cyber security, and Windows OS
Implements, configures, tests, and debugs systems
Maintains key performance and process metrics for evaluating efficiency and effectiveness

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree
This position requires unescorted access to certain critical cyber assets which would require applicants to satisfy all Company and NERC Critical Infrastructure Protection Standard 004 security requirements, which includes a background investigation.
Strong technical knowledge of firewall administration and configuring and monitoring network equipment.
