About the role
- Support Customer Service and Operations (CSO) by performing analysis to support business decision-making needs
- Serve as a liaison between IT and various business departments
- Implement and configure enhancements to new and existing systems and provide training support for shop personnel
- Define specifications, conduct testing, and assist in developing recommendations to solve problems related to business system operations
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or Information Systems/Technology, Computer Science, Engineering or related discipline
- Strong analysis, decision making and problem solving skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Ability to work as part of a team and interact effectively with others
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to balance multiple tasks under time constraints
- Experience working with project management methodology preferred
- Proficient in standard office software (MS Excel, Visio, Word)
