About the role
- Develop training programs in Electric Operations, Gas Operations and/or Customer Care
- Update training documentation to ensure compliance with regulations and industry standards
- Utilize knowledge of adult learning theory to develop and deliver training
- Participate in safety and operator qualifications activities
- Conduct training sessions and maintain training records
Requirements
- 2-3 years Operations or relevant experience
- Bachelor's degree in lieu of operations experience
- Strong analysis, decision making and problem solving skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Ability to work as part of a team and interact effectively with others
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to balance multiple tasks under time constraints
- Experience working with project management methodology beneficial
- Proficient in standard office software (MS Excel, Visio, Word, PowerPoint)
- Understanding of basic adult learning concepts and practices beneficial
- Ability to perform responsibilities identified in Associate Work Methods and Development Consultant Position
