About the role
- Support the company’s distributed end user device fleet
- Manage hardware standards and work with vendors to develop and maintain sustainable device roadmaps
- Provides operational 3rd level support and troubleshooting
- Work assignments may include 24x7 coverage
- May require travel to other locations
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 2+ years of relevant IT experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems or a related field (preferred)
- 2+ years of Microsoft Configuration Manager experience (preferred)
- PowerShell scripting experience (preferred)
