About the role

Support the Business Architecture tower of the Energy Delivery Program (EDP)
Oversight and coordination of developed business processes, including documentation and facilitation of process mapping
Advocate for the business and collaborate with program and project teams
Participate in the EDP for the duration of the program and transition into operations at program conclusion
Identify and prioritize Energy Delivery Program projects
Review, monitor, manage and report on the project portfolio
Ensure projects are adequately resourced and follow accepted Project Management methodology
Lead and manage high profile, high impact EDP projects
Provide leadership, direction and coaching; develop employee leadership and technical skills
Create talent management strategies and succession planning activities
Partner with other departments and operational units to align strategies and business objectives

High School Diploma, GED, or HSED
1+ years of experience in change management
1+ years of experience with process and quality management concepts, measures & statistical control
3+ years of experience in formal or informal leadership
3+ years of experience with successfully managing multiple simultaneous projects involving several departments with multiple team members and projects that exceed $1M and six months in duration
5+ years of demonstrated ability in utilizing formal project management tools and methodology to successfully deliver projects
5+ years of experience working as a professional project manager as a primary responsibility
Valid driver's license and meet the company's requirements for driving
