About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Oversees the enterprise policy governance framework, including taxonomy, document hierarchy, and end-to-end lifecycle requirements.
- Establishes review cycles, standards, and monitoring practices to ensure policies and procedures remain current.
- Partners with IT and Risk to ensure content is controlled, accessible, and auditable.
- Acts as the business owner for policy and procedure Copilot Studio agent(s), defining use cases, governance standards, and adoption strategy.
- Champions enterprise-wide policy and procedure drafting standards.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline or a combination of equivalent experience and education
- 5 years’ experience in enterprise policy governance, operational risk documentation, compliance, or content leadership within a regulated environment.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and influence across multiple teams and functions.
- Strong experience using SharePoint as a governed enterprise content and document management platform.
- Experience partnering with IT on governed knowledge, documentation, or digital enablement tools preferred.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing capability
