Key responsibilities & impact

Serve as operational and leadership backup as needed to support continuity of work
Assist with daily team assignments and workload coordination during leadership absences
Help navigate escalations by gathering details, coordinating stakeholders, and driving resolution
Support leadership decision-making by presenting options, impacts, and recommendations
Own and support the execution of internal and external partner-focused projects from intake through completion
Manage project initiation, requirements analysis, planning, construction, and transition
Track project milestones, deliverables, risks, and dependencies to ensure successful outcomes
Develop project plans, timelines, and schedules, identifying resources and potential roadblocks
Support the development and updating of processes, procedures, and training documentation

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, Operations, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
4 years of customer service experience with large Employers, Partners, Vendors
4 years of HSA Bank experience is preferred or like experience with products suite we offer
2 years’ project management experience
Strong customer service orientation with a focus on quality and accuracy
Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build effective working relationships
Strong troubleshooting, critical thinking, and decision-making abilities
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Demonstrated project management and task coordination skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
