About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Overall management of territory pipeline
- Achieve and exceed annual revenue goals
- Oversee and maintain informational data for all assigned clients/prospects for individual territory book of business within Salesforce
- Achieve 100% plus of revenue business goals by end of selling season to deliver target revenue for LRP of the new year
- Manage overall travel & entertainment within territory’s allocated budget.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 3-5 years of sales experience in Employee Benefits, Asset Management or Benefits Consulting required
- Previous experience working in a high growth financial industry preferred
- H.S. Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required
- Bachelor’s Degree in Arts/Sciences (BA/BS) or relevant professional experience preferred
- Salesforce or other CRM tool skills
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
