Key responsibilities & impact

Lead purchasing negotiations and decisions autonomously, accurately reporting deadlines, processes and deliverables
Anticipate risks and propose solutions that align demand with business objectives, acting consultatively with internal teams
Ensure all acquisitions comply with company policies and guidelines, serving as a point of reference for compliance and supplier risk management
Independently analyze department KPIs and provide recommendations — not just the data — to leadership
Serve as a technical reference for junior analysts on more complex matters
Work collaboratively with other areas of the company to remove blockers and ensure smooth purchasing processes

Requirements

What you’ll need

Previous experience in Purchasing/Procurement (required)
Experience with ERP systems and advanced Excel for purchasing data analysis
Autonomy to negotiate with suppliers (price, lead times and contractual terms)
Experience managing contracts across multiple legal entities/companies within a group of subsidiaries
Track record in contract approval and large-scale renewals, managing multiple concurrent expirations
Ability to structure and run quotation/RFP processes from briefing to final negotiation
Strong proficiency in supplier risk management (documentary, financial and operational)
Previous experience implementing or migrating new companies/branches into the purchasing process
