About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- **What you'll do (Responsibilities):**
- **CRM Operations Focal Point:** Act as the primary technical reference for day-to-day CRM operations, supporting coordination on tactical decisions. This position offers strong development potential to become a leading specialist in the area.
- **Support for CRM Projects and Products:** Actively assist coordination in structuring, designing, and packaging CRM projects and journeys that will serve as high-value products for sale to end customers, helping position the area as a strategic lever.
- **Database Monetization:** Execute and support strategies to monetize databases, operating CRM with a business-oriented mindset to boost revenue and turn it into a direct revenue channel.
- **Data Strategy & Intelligence:** Conduct base volumetry assessments to identify business opportunities, cross-reference information, and provide strategic, actionable insights to the company.
- **Optimization Culture (Test & Learn):** Create and implement robust methodologies to optimize CRM KPIs. Run structured A/B tests and apply market best practices for continuous improvement of conversion rates.
- **Omnichannel Operation & Automation:** Design and execute communication flows, automated journeys, and one-off sends, ensuring a seamless experience across WhatsApp, App Push, Email Marketing, and Web Push channels.
- **Visibility & Reporting:** Prepare reports and presentations, leading monthly reviews to demonstrate CRM results and the impact of CRM actions to stakeholders.
Requirements
What you’ll need- **Technical Skills (Hard Skills) and Tools:**
- **Automation Platforms:** Operational proficiency with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (especially Automation Studio and Content Builder), Insider, and Validity.
- **Languages and Databases:** Intermediate to advanced knowledge of SQL for data manipulation and extraction (experience with Query Builder). Intermediate knowledge of HTML for building and adjusting templates.
- **Data & Tracking:** Hands-on experience with campaign parameterization (UTMs, event tracking) to ensure correct attribution of results.
- **Agile Management:** Experience with organizational tools and agile methodologies (Monday, Asana, Jira) to manage workflow.
- **Strategic and Behavioral Skills (Soft Skills):**
- **Funnel Vision:** Deep understanding of Top, Middle, and Bottom funnel stages, knowing which channel and message to use to move users along the journey.
- **Clear Communication:** Ability to argue and present to help defend CRM projects and demonstrate the value of deliveries.
- **Ownership (Sense of Ownership):** Hands-on profile that takes responsibility for technical operations, with strong willingness to learn and develop alongside the growth of the area.
