About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Create business cases that demonstrate the expected outcomes of new content and course initiatives for backlog prioritization
  • Define and track success KRs (Key Results) associated with the educational platform
  • Manage and curate the platform's roster of speakers
  • Update existing course content and develop new courses
  • Drive adoption and engagement with course videos
  • Manage the product forecast and monitor performance metrics (NPS, engagement, completion rate)
  • Work closely with the marketing team on promotional and course activation campaigns
  • Create and update business rules documentation for the platform
  • Monitor competitors and e-learning market trends to generate business insights
  • Communicate product progress and backlog to stakeholders
  • Document learnings and evidence that can inform platform improvements
  • Work closely with marketing and content teams

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Experience with e-learning platforms (Moodle, Hotmart, EAD Plataforma, or similar) — a plus
  • Intermediate knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban)
  • Intermediate experience with backlog tools (Jira and similar)
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Intermediate English (preferred)
  • Proactivity and a product ownership mindset
  • Strong communication skills to liaise across teams
  • Creativity to propose new content initiatives
  • Resilience and a continuous learning attitude
  • Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
  • Results-oriented with the ability to define clear objectives
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills; reliable and committed in day-to-day work
