About the role

  • Develop and maintain chatbots on the Blip platform, ensuring a smooth and intuitive user experience.
  • Implement features using JavaScript (ES6+) and/or .NET C#, interacting with REST APIs and integrating external services.
  • Work with HTTP requests, JSON handling, and consuming REST APIs.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of conversational flows, optimizing journeys and enhancing user experience.
  • Monitor the development of new features for the team's products.
  • Maintain and evolve existing applications, ensuring stability, performance, and scalability.
  • Work in multidisciplinary teams, collaborating with different areas to find the best solutions.
  • Show interest in the team's challenges and client needs, always seeking to improve products and services.

Requirements

  • Experience with automated support flows and human handoff.
  • Familiarity with Meta HSM flow and BSP configuration.
  • Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+) and .NET C#, including modern best practices and patterns.
  • Experience consuming and integrating REST APIs, including authentication and advanced JSON handling.
  • Strong knowledge of Git and collaborative version control (Git Flow, PRs, Code Review).
  • Experience with relational and non-relational databases (Postgres, MySQL, MongoDB), including query optimization and basic data modeling.
  • Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum and Kanban) and management tools such as JIRA.
  • Ability to work independently, make technical decisions, and propose improvements.
  • Experience collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, aligning technical solutions with business needs.
  • Ability to create and maintain a positive environment, encouraging best practices and knowledge sharing.
  • Good communication and influence, justifying technical decisions and facilitating alignment between teams.
