About the role
- Strategic brand planning: manage processes and stages of product launches, market positioning, communications, event organization, training, customer engagement, and performance monitoring.
- Project management: act as the focal point for marketing initiatives, delivering presentations, coordinating briefings and project meetings. Planning, timelines and budget forecasts are essential responsibilities for this role.
- Branding performance analysis: understand traffic, media and business KPIs to identify opportunities for brand initiatives and to justify investments. Familiarity with quantitative and qualitative research is also expected.
- Execution and creativity: drive projects from concept to execution in a creative way that differentiates us from competitors and consistently aims to delight our customers. As a branding lead, ensure brand consistency across all campaigns, structure messaging through strategic positioning, and deliver audience, traffic and engagement results that build brand impact.
Requirements
- Organized, responsible, proactive, with ease working in cross-functional teams.
- Senior-level presence to lead meetings and drive projects.
- Strong communication skills; will regularly align information and presentations with team/manager, other departments and executives.
- Microsoft Office knowledge: Excel, PowerPoint, Word.
- Experience with task management platforms: Monday, Trello, Asana, Jira, etc.
- Knowledge of branding techniques and terminology to ensure consistency and maintain the brand book.
- Experience planning offline media (TV, connected TV, street furniture/urban furniture, OOH) to collaborate with our agency on regional brand expansion projects.
- Experience with qualitative and quantitative research.
- Familiarity with data and traffic analysis tools for web/app analytics (Adobe, Google, Tableau, etc.).
