About the role

  • Manage and prospect clients within a predefined territory (Pouso Alegre / Poços de Caldas), with a focus on the Top Clients portfolio.
  • Responsible for offering products and providing training to the portfolio and Top Clients to maximize product usage and performance.
  • Work closely with the commercial/sales team and provide support for product sales.
  • Organize and run events to promote products, conducting in-person or remote sessions directly for clients.
  • Develop action plans to implement strategy and achieve targets, always in coordination with the sales team.
  • Conduct training for the sales team and for clients as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or higher.
  • Experience in commercial/sales roles in any product or segment.
  • Basic knowledge of digital marketing, such as social media, is desirable.
  • Availability for frequent travel.
  • Own vehicle and a valid driver's license (Category B).
  • Intermediate Excel and PowerPoint skills.
  • Ability to influence and strong interpersonal skills.
  • Clear and objective communication (verbal and written).
  • Ability to disseminate knowledge and information, and to train internal and external clients on correct product use.
  • Ability to work as both a hunter and a farmer salesperson, depending on the situation.
