About the role

  • Technology leadership
  • Further development of our technology strategy in the Shopware and e-commerce environment
  • Evaluation of new technologies, frameworks and tools
  • Introduction and improvement of AI-supported development processes (e.g. code generation, reviews, testing, deployment)
  • Ensuring sustainable architecture and high code quality in our projects
  • Technical and disciplinary leadership of our development team
  • Promotion of the technical development of our developers
  • Support with architectural decisions in complex client projects
  • Participation in technical workshops, concept phases and client meetings
  • Further development of our development processes

Requirements

  • Several years of experience in software development in e-commerce
  • Very good knowledge of the Shopware ecosystem (mandatory requirement)
  • Experience in the technical leadership of development teams
  • Experience with modern web technologies and architectural concepts
  • Interest in meaningfully integrating AI into development processes
  • Strategic technology understanding and a structured way of working
  • Enjoyment in leading teams and developing people
  • Good German language skills
