Requirements

  • This role will build and run content engines with distinct brands, voices, and audience for the SaaS products we have developed. They are:
  • - Panty Easy - Empowers food banks to and pantries to run online markets with ease, with tools for client registration, inventory tracking, distribution and order fulfillment.
  • - Care Impact Tracker - Helps community-based care providers track services, attendance, and billing for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
  • This role will interview internal subject matter experts (SME's) and publish articles and videos within 2 weeks of hire.
  • Establish a publish cadence and publish 2 to 3 high-quality educational articles per week and ongoing publish 5+ content pieces weekly (written/video).
  • Manage email campaigns, social distribution and analytics and track report content traffic and sales.
