About the role
- Advising and supporting customers throughout their trial period
- Upgrading customers from free trials to paid plans
- Cross-selling additional products to existing customers
- Accurately tracking all activities in Salesforce or other reporting tools, as directed by team leaders
- Providing occasional support at events attended by the company
Requirements
- 2+ years of sales experience (preferably within e-commerce)
- Italian and French - full professional proficiency (written and spoken)
- English - advanced level (comfortable working in an English-speaking environment)
- Strong understanding that successful sales rely on active and consistent communication with clients (through any channel)
- Excellent sales, communication, and negotiation skills (or a strong motivation to develop them)
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce or Outreach is a big advantage
- Previous experience in e-commerce is an asset
- SaaS experience is also welcome
