Lead Solutions Engineer

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Partner with 2-3 Account Executives & support multiple active customer opportunities across our growing Enterprise segment, proactively communicating with stakeholders to ensure on-time solution delivery
- Guide customers through the evaluation process of Webflow ensuring that our solution meets key business objectives and technical requirements
- Conduct deep discovery, solution design, technical validation and business case development
- Present effective stories through demonstrations that highlight the benefits of using Webflow to solve key customer objectives and challenges
- Lead hands-on workshops and trials where appropriate
- Influence product direction for short & long-term success in Enterprise by representing the customer voice
- Lead strategic cross-functional initiatives that are key to advancing Webflow’s mission of bringing development superpowers to everyone
- Travel up to 25%.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 6+ years of experience as a Solutions Engineer, ideally in the web development space
- Exhibit an advanced understanding of APIs and web programming languages — HTML, CSS & JavaScript
- Take a consultative approach and are passionate about helping customers solve problems
- Consistently demonstrate strong storytelling within the context of discovery and/or product demo sessions.
