About the role

- Role: Bilingual (Spanish-speaking) SDR
- Monthly Rate: $1250 - 2150/month
- Availability: Full-time - 40 hours/week
- Time Zone: PDT Business Hours
Requirements
What you’ll need- Handle inbound leads generated through Meta advertising campaigns
- Conduct appointment setting and lead qualification calls
- Follow up with prospective patients who have expressed interest in cosmetic procedures
- Overcome objections and address patient concerns with confidence and empathy
- Nurture leads through the initial stages of the sales process
- Maintain detailed and accurate records within the CRM
- Review AI-generated call summaries and update lead information as needed
- Maximize conversion opportunities from high-volume lead flow
- Coordinate appointment scheduling for consultations and treatments
- Support patient engagement efforts to reduce lead loss and improve conversion rates
- Passion/previous experience in cosmetic surgery, aesthetics, med spa, healthcare, or related industries
- Experience as an SDR, appointment setter, treatment coordinator, or patient coordinator
- Familiarity with Go High Level
- Genuine interest in beauty, aesthetics, body confidence, or cosmetic procedures
- Experience working in high-volume lead environments
- Comfortable speaking with prospective cosmetic surgery patients
- Experience using CRM systems
- Availability to work weekends
- Willing to record a Spanish introduction video during the screening process
- Native or fluent Mexican Spanish speaker
- Female candidate strongly preferred
- Strong phone sales communication skills
- Go High Level (GHL) CRM
- AI call recording and summarization tools
- Telephone and appointment scheduling systems
