About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own day-to-day administration of our Salesforce org, including user management, permissions, profiles, roles, and security
  • Use AI to accelerate admin work, from drafting documentation and validation rule logic to triaging requests and identifying automation opportunities
  • Build and maintain declarative automation (Flows, validation rules, approval processes, dynamic forms)
  • Administer Salesforce CPQ: product catalog, price books, bundles, discount schedules, and approval workflows
  • Triage and resolve incoming Salesforce requests with clear communication and quick follow-through
  • Own projects end to end, from gathering requirements with stakeholders through design, build, testing, documentation, and rollout
  • Manage release cycles including sandbox refreshes, deployments, and change set hygiene, working within our CI/CD pipeline to ship changes safely and predictably
  • Partner with developers and architects on data integrity, integration health, and technical debt cleanup
  • Document configurations, processes, and decisions so the team can scale without losing context
  • Support our GTM teams with training, enablement, and clear answers when things break
  • Participate in agile ceremonies including sprint planning, standups, retros, and demos, and contribute to a healthy, predictable delivery rhythm
  • Serve as scrum master as part of the team's regular rotation, facilitating ceremonies, unblocking the team, and keeping work moving sprint over sprint.

  • Strong working knowledge of declarative tools (Flow, validation rules, approval processes)
  • Experience supporting Sales, RevOps, or other GTM teams
  • Track record of clear documentation and stakeholder communication
  • Working experience in an agile/scrum environment, with comfort participating in sprint ceremonies and managing work through a ticketing system (Jira, Asana, or similar)
