About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Enter and post daily bank transactions into Business Central
Enter and post credit card transactions, ensuring proper coding
Prepare and post general journal entries with proper documentation
Prepare and post intercompany journal entries
Maintain supporting documentation for all entries
Assist with month end close activities
Ensure transactions are recorded accurately and timely

Requirements

What you’ll need

2+ years accounting or bookkeeping experience, preferably supporting U.S. based companies
Hands on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
Experience entering and posting bank transactions and credit card transactions
Experience preparing and posting general ledger journal entries
Experience with intercompany journal entries and reconciliations
Strong understanding of general ledger structure and accounting principles
Experience performing bank and credit card reconciliations
Proficiency in Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel (sorting, filtering, pivot tables preferred)
