About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • At Coconut, connect founders and businesses with top-tier remote talent
  • Make high volume outbound calls
  • Handle follow up activities: emails, admin tasks, and basic documentation
  • Set and confirm qualified meetings for clients
  • Manage pipeline activity up to attended meeting (including rebooking no shows)
  • Log all activities and outcomes in CRM
  • Coordinate calendar handoffs to account executives or client teams
  • Report daily/weekly activity and results
  • Learn and follow calling playbooks, scripts, and best practices
  • Adapt to different client industries and adjust messaging per client
  • Execute pre built cadences and sequences provided by the client's team
  • Import/export lead lists into the dialer/CRM after training
  • Work 20 hours/week during EST business hours

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Make high volume outbound calls
  • Handle follow up activities: emails, admin tasks, and basic documentation
  • Set and confirm qualified meetings for clients
  • Manage pipeline activity up to attended meeting (including rebooking no shows)
  • Log all activities and outcomes in CRM
  • Coordinate calendar handoffs to account executives or client teams
  • Report daily/weekly activity and results
  • Learn and follow calling playbooks, scripts, and best practices
  • Adapt to different client industries and adjust messaging per client
  • Execute pre built cadences and sequences provided by the client's team
  • Import/export lead lists into the dialer/CRM (after training)
  • Strong English (spoken and written)
  • Able to work US hours (Eastern Time)
  • Process discipline and consistency with reporting
  • Coachability and openness to feedback
  • Professionalism aligned with Asad’s standards
  • Prior experience using a CRM
  • Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, email)
  • CRM: any CRM experience; likely HubSpot, possibly Salesforce
  • Dialer: automated dialer (specific platform to be trained)
  • Data tools: SalesIntel / Apollo / ZoomInfo type enrichment tools (training and access provided)
