About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- At Coconut, connect founders and businesses with top-tier remote talent
- Make high volume outbound calls
- Handle follow up activities: emails, admin tasks, and basic documentation
- Set and confirm qualified meetings for clients
- Manage pipeline activity up to attended meeting (including rebooking no shows)
- Log all activities and outcomes in CRM
- Coordinate calendar handoffs to account executives or client teams
- Report daily/weekly activity and results
- Learn and follow calling playbooks, scripts, and best practices
- Adapt to different client industries and adjust messaging per client
- Execute pre built cadences and sequences provided by the client's team
- Import/export lead lists into the dialer/CRM after training
- Work 20 hours/week during EST business hours
Requirements
What you’ll need- Make high volume outbound calls
- Handle follow up activities: emails, admin tasks, and basic documentation
- Set and confirm qualified meetings for clients
- Manage pipeline activity up to attended meeting (including rebooking no shows)
- Log all activities and outcomes in CRM
- Coordinate calendar handoffs to account executives or client teams
- Report daily/weekly activity and results
- Learn and follow calling playbooks, scripts, and best practices
- Adapt to different client industries and adjust messaging per client
- Execute pre built cadences and sequences provided by the client's team
- Import/export lead lists into the dialer/CRM (after training)
- Strong English (spoken and written)
- Able to work US hours (Eastern Time)
- Process discipline and consistency with reporting
- Coachability and openness to feedback
- Professionalism aligned with Asad’s standards
- Prior experience using a CRM
- Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, email)
- CRM: any CRM experience; likely HubSpot, possibly Salesforce
- Dialer: automated dialer (specific platform to be trained)
- Data tools: SalesIntel / Apollo / ZoomInfo type enrichment tools (training and access provided)
