About the role
- Manage and maintain ERP/MRP planning parameters including lead times, safety stock, and lot sizes
- Translate the Master Production Schedule into actionable material plans to ensure timely availability across Raw, WIP, and Finished Goods
- Monitor and manage inventory health, proactively identifying risks and optimizing stock levels to prevent shortages or excess
- Support new product introductions by developing material readiness plans, creating preliminary BOMs, and leading clear-to-build reviews
- Partner cross-functionally with Engineering, Procurement, Quality, Finance, and Program Management to align on demand, supply, and inventory strategies
- Lead planning contributions to S&OP meetings and provide reporting on inventory levels, spend, and material availability
- Drive continuous improvements in ERP/PLM data accuracy, change management processes, and reporting tools
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Life Sciences, or a related field
- 4+ years of experience in material planning using ERP/MRP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite
- MES/PLM experience is a plus
- Familiarity with ISO 13485 or GMP-regulated environments
- Advanced Excel skills with strong analytical capabilities
- Experience with BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau preferred
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills with a collaborative, metrics-driven mindset
- APICS CPIM or CSCP certification is a plus
- Experience in electronics, PCB, or battery supply chains is highly desirable
