What you’ll need

Strong communication skills and outbound calling experience
Prospecting systems expertise
Filling out leases
Inputting listings
Data tracking and lead flow management
Organizing leads and follow-ups
Systemizing and templatizing processes
Building out systems with Claude AI
Building out CRM infrastructure
Building out prospecting and email drip campaigns
Creating market presentations and running data/comps
Joint prospecting (VA and Jordan both prospecting simultaneously)
