About the role
- Partner with the Developer Productivity engineering team.
- Track and report on developer experience health.
- Deliver platform improvements across CI/CD, build systems, developer environments, and observability.
- Write specs and requirements for engineers.
- Evaluate the integration of AI into developer workflows.
- Communicate platform health and tradeoffs with leadership.
- Keep feedback loops tight between engineers and development teams.
Requirements
- BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of product management experience
- Ability to read code and engage substantively with technical architecture
- Familiarity with developer tooling: CI/CD systems, build pipelines, observability platforms, local dev environments.
- Fluency in developer productivity metrics.
- Hands-on experience with AI and agentic systems.
- Execute with speed and precision.
