About the role
- Serve as the strategic technical advisor for enterprise customers from onboarding through long-term scale
- Lead executive and developer-level conversations on architecture, integrations, performance, and security
- Translate business requirements into detailed enterprise implementation and growth plans
- Cultivate and deepen executive relationships to ensure Webflow adoption across entire organizations
- Influence Webflow’s roadmap by surfacing enterprise-scale insights and feedback
- Build and contribute enterprise frameworks, playbooks, and architectural standards that drive repeatable success across accounts
- Report to the Director, Solutions Architects
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and support identification of personal development opportunities
Requirements
- 5–7+ years of experience in Solutions Architecture, Sales Engineering, or Technical Consulting with an enterprise post-sales focus
- Wealth of web development expertise, spanning HTML, CSS, React, JavaScript, APIs, infrastructure, and enterprise-scale architecture
- Track record of leading strategic accounts and influencing at both executive and technical levels
- Ability to bridge technical and non-technical conversations and frame Webflow’s value in business outcomes
- Operate with autonomy in complex, high-visibility customer engagements, prioritize effectively, and deliver results
- Experience with, or technical aptitude to quickly learn, front-end web development concepts, APIs, hosting and infrastructure, Enterprise Architecture, CRO and digital marketing, SEO, UX/UI design, and security
- Open-minded with a bias toward growth and continuous learning, including emerging technologies like AI
- Must reside in Pacific or Mountain Time Zone
- Valid right to work authorization required depending on country of employment
