Act as a Data Analyst to support data analytics and dashboards.
Use SQL and build dashboards with Metabase or similar BI tools.
Collaborate with the Customer Success Manager for client feedback on dashboards.
Create digital forms for food safety/compliance and ensure clarity and accuracy.
Provide general operational support and help with ad hoc tasks across the team.

Requirements

Data analytics and dashboards: Pull data based on recurring customer analytics requests
Build dashboards and reports in Metabase (or similar BI tool)
Use SQL to query data and structure it for analysis and visualization
Work with their Customer Success Manager to refine dashboards based on client feedback
Form building: Build digital forms in Allera’s form builder to replace pen and paper processes for food safety/compliance
Ensure forms are clear, accurate, and aligned with regulatory/operational needs
General operational support: Help with ad hoc operational tasks across the team
Act as a flexible team member willing to jump into whatever is needed
Good to have: Experience working in SaaS companies
Experience working with customers / customer facing analytics
Prior work with food, manufacturing, or compliance data
Non-negotiable Requirements: Strong SQL skills
Strong data visualization and dashboarding skills
Prior Metabase experience
Detail oriented
Strong written English (especially for forms)
Proactive, eager to learn, easy to work with
